Dispensette® S Next Generation Bottle-Top Dispenser

The new Dispensette® S bottle-top dispenser is the perfect example of innovation and technology coming together to make dispensing far more convenient and safe.

Designed for easy handling, dispensing and faster priming. With "floating piston" design, where the pistons and cylinders are fitted individually, leaving a gap of only a few micrometers. This gap is filled by the fluid being dispensed, forming a zero-wear sealing system with outstanding sliding properties.

Optimized flow channels make dispensing and priming even easier – particularly in instruments with large volumes. Very simple to mount and fasten, the new discharge tube is available with or without a recirculation valve. No seal design for perfect autoclaving: all valves work without any additional sealing rings, which makes cleaning and preparation for autoclaving easier.

Available in digital, analog and fixed-volume dispensers. The analog dispensers have an interior scalloped track that allow for fast, secure and most importantly, repeatable volume setting.

The Dispensette® S supports a very wide range of applications for the dispensing of aggressive reagents – directly from the supply bottle: such as concentrated bases and acids like H₃PO₄, H₂SO₄ (with certain exceptions such as HCl, HNO₃, HF, etc.), saline solutions, and a variety of organic solvents.

The Dispensette® S Organic is ideal for dispensing organic solvents: such as chlorinated and fluorinated hydrocarbons like trichlorotrifluoroethane and dichloromethane, or acids like concentrated HCl and HNO₃ (except for HF), as well as for trifluoroacetic acid (TFA), tetrahydrofurane (THF), and peroxides.

Dispensette® S Trace Analysisis perfect for dispensing high-purity acids, bases and H₂O₂. It is also suitable for dispensing of hydrofluoric acid when using platinum-iridium valve spring.

Digital

The mechanical volume setting is easy to read and ensures accurate and reproducible volume control. Easy Calibration Technique for calibration adjustment in seconds without tools. A calibration flag indicates changes from factory settings.

Analog
