The Titan is a large scale, modular continuous flow chemistry system that allows seamless scale-up from kilo lab through to pilot plant and manufacturing.
The design of this system allows for a wide range of different configurations to be assembled in a short period of time, requiring very little work, regardless of scale. The modules available are completely interoperable and can be set up to work with your application without the need to engineer parts and connections.

Customize to Your Needs
Between the three main Titan systems (Lab Scale, Pilot Plant and Manufacturing Scale), the key difference is the scale. No matter the size, all Titan systems are made up by the same modules, which means that if you change your chemistry, scale or process, the Titan can be changed to suit.
The four key modules of the system, the pump, reactor, stores and collection vessels, can all be combined to create any system from benchtop lab-scale to full manufacturing.
The Titan Syringe Pump is one the most important features of this system. Designed for safe and reliable scale up, it offers ultra-smooth fluid flow for all the main Titan configurations applications. The powerful drive motors and innovative valve combined with software control, deliver ultra-smooth flow rates from 1 to 250 mL/min, up to 20 bar, with solutions of viscosities up to 1000 cP.
Titan Main Configurations
Lab Scale System: Ideal for development of a chemical process at the lab scale. The bench-top framework enables a wide range of Titan modules to be assembled on a lab bench or inside a standard fume cupboard.
Pilot Plant System: The floor-standing framework allows pilot studies to be carried out on the plant floor or in walk-in fume cupboards.
Manufacturing System: Go straight into manufacturing scale using the same continuous processing modules available at lab and pilot scale.
