How it Works?

With the Nadia System you can automatically encapsulate single cells in microfluidic droplets with mRNA capture beads. This system can capture up to 48,000 single cells in one run. Once sequenced, detailed profiling of large heterogeneous cell populations is obtained.



With techniques such as high throughput scRNASeq, one can easily achieve qualitative and quantitative transcriptome information from single cells. By providing this innovative technology, the Nadia System product range, solves several industry-wide single cell profiling challenges.
