Tanks Optima™ series, stainless steel
High efficiency stainless steel (ST) tanks (range -15 °C to 200 °C). Drain tap included on ST12, ST18, ST26, ST38. Raised feet for carrying repositioning and retort access. Accessory polypropylene spheres or a lid must be used at temperatures between 60 °C and 100 °C. Above 100 °C only a lid must be used. Accessory cooling is required for temperatures below ambient.
