General purpose single wavelength polarimeter for applications in the sugar, food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industry. Measurements can be performed in angular degrees (°A), sugar (ISS), or user-defined scales. Pre-programmed methods (e.g. PHR-MEAN method, invert sugar, inversion (A-B), and specific rotation) simplify the performance of routine analyses.
