ISO 17034 Certified Reference Materials CRM


ISO 17034 is an internationally acknowledged accreditation for the production of Certified Reference Materials (CRM). It offers the maximum degree of quality assurance and gives the consumer complete certainty that the manufacturer's standards are created accurately, skilfully, and in a solid metrological manner. ISO 17034 accreditation requirements include production planning, raw material characterisation, assignment of certified values, uncertainty, traceability, homogeneity and stability studies, as well as packaging and documentation control.

pH Buffer Standards

Reagecon’s pH Buffer Certified Reference Materials (CRMs), are produced under their ISO 17034 accreditation, and are directly traceable to the IUPAC pH scale by an unbroken chain of traceability, achieved through a series of comparisons, with key reference materials being Standard Reference Materials (SRMs) manufactured by NIST. The range of ISO 17034 pH Buffer CRMs cover pH 1.697 to pH 12.00 inclusive. All are manufactured to exacting specifications with an extended shelf life and stability, even after the bottle is opened.

Conductivity Standards

Reagecon’s Conductivity Standards Certified Reference Materials (CRMs) are manufactured and certified in accordance with the requirements of ISO 17034. The range of ISO 17034 Conductivity CRMs cover 20&microS/cm to 10,000µS/cm and are accurate to a specification of ±1%. All are manufactured to exacting specifications with an extended shelf life and stability, even after opening the bottle.

Sucrose in Water (Brix) Standards

Reagecon’s Sucrose in Water (Brix) Certified Reference Materials (CRMs) are produced under both their ISO 17034 and ISO 17025 accreditations. They are suitable for use on any make or model of refractometer and are ICUMSA compliant. Product measurement uncertainty is computated on a batch to batch basis, guaranteed to never exceed ± 0.15 °Brix. This range of Brix Standards have a shelf life of 20 weeks.
