Fluorescence microscopes Professional Line OBN 14

This series has a professional Koehler illumination unit with an adjustable field diaphragm, with infinity optical system. A variety of modular systems, such as a swing-out condenser, various eyepieces, objectives, color filters, phase contrast units, a dark field condenser, a simple polarising unit, butterfly tube, through to complete fluorescence units are optionally available. A C-mount adapter is required to connect a camera (optional).

  • Coaxial pre-and fine focussing

-For translucent, thin, low-contrast, challenging samples (e.g. immunofluorescence, FISH, DAPI staining, etc.)
  • Centering and height-adjustable 1.25 Abbe condenser with adjustable aperture diaphragm
  • Incl. centering objective for fluorescence adjustment


OBN 141:
  • 3W LED transmitted illumination unit and 3W LED epi-fluorescence incident illumination unit
  • With B/G fluorescence filter with changeover slider


OBN 147 / OBN 148:
  • 20 W halogen transmitted illumination unit and 100 W epi-fluorescent incident illumination unit
  • 6-position filter wheel with B/G or B/G/UV/V fluorescence filter


Scope of supply: microscope, centring objective, dust Cover, eyepiece rubber caps, manual instruction
