Screw pumps VACUU·PURE® 10
Powerful vacuum pumps for dry and hydrocarbon-free operation. Due to their unique operating principle, they generate ultra-pure vacuum as well as contamination-free exhaust air and work abrasion-free. They have been specially developed for processes down to the 10-3 mbar range, but can also be used without any problems at working pressures above 1 mbar.
