Thermal cycler Mastercycler® X50i (Eco model)
Thermal cycler with an intuitive touchscreen for applications in molecular biology research, as well as for routine PCR applications. The 2D-Gradient function allows both the denaturation temperature and the annealing temperature to be optimised simultaneously. Furthermore, up to 10 devices can be connected together.
- Temperature control modes: Fast, Intermediate, Standard, Safe
- Heating lid flexlid® with automatic lid height adjustment allows the use of various consumables
- Constant block temperature of 20 °C during the heating lid’s warm-up phase reduces thermal load on samples and minimizes the formation of non-specific products
- Gradient temperature range: 30 to 99 °C
- Gradient range: 1 to 30 °C
