Micro dialysers QuikPrep® Micro DispoDialyzer
Disposable dialyser for processing sample volumes from 5 to 100 µl. The entire unit floats directly in the dialysis buffer. To reduce the dialysis time, the dialyser can be placed in a beaker on a magnetic stirrer. After dialysis, the dialyser is placed in a new microcentrifuge collection tube and briefly centrifuged (500 to 2000 rpm for 1 to 2 seconds). Ideal for buffer exchange, detergent removal, sample preparation for HPLC/HPCE/GC/GC-MS/NMR, as well as purification of proteins, DNA and RNA.
